Hi,
Today I’ll share the work of a couple of colleagues from Avanade who developed one very interesting extension for Visual Studio 2012 and Team Foundation Server 2012. It’s a view integrated into the VS IDE that allows you to see the “Burndown Chart” that we know of Scrum, but in a linear view that includes ALL THE ITERATIONS
You can download the extension from here and find more information on the blog of one of the authors, another MVP’s ALM > Tarun Arora. It has quite a few features, like for example the ability to “zoom” over certain periods of time
And another couple of things… In my case in particular, after talking about the complexity of working with elastic teams, it remains me talk at some point about what we do with the fixed SPRINTS (or rather what not to do with them). This tool comes to my great for my case
And as a video is worth more than 7.9 posts here is the video
